H2B à La Mode Products Exchange Policy

1. General Terms

• Items must be brand new, with full tags attached, unused, unwashed, and without any scent.
• Each order is eligible for one-time exchange only (except for items with manufacturing defects).
• For higher-priced exchange items, customers are required to pay the difference. For lower-priced items, we do not refund the difference.

2. Exchange Conditions

• Wrong size, color, or design delivered.
• Items with manufacturing defects.

3. Exchange Policies

• Customers must contact H2B within 3 days from the delivery date to request an exchange.
• Processing time for exchange orders: 7-12 days from the date H2B receives the returned item.
• H2B does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

4. Exchange Delivery Fee

Customers are fully responsible for all shipping fees related to exchanges.
